Returns Policy
Store Purchases
All items purchased within either of our store’s must be returned within 14 days in its original condition with a valid receipt. We are happy to exchange or credit any item that is unsuitable after store purchase during this 14 day period. Items that you believe to be faulty on receipt may be returned for a refund or credit note within 14 days, at our discretion, or alternatively, exchanged for an item to the value of that you wish to return. All Sale items as well as ‘sold as seen products’ are non-returnable.
Wood, ceramic, marble and stone items are all individually made using natural materials therefore have natural imperfections which are not seen as a fault in the product and not reasonable grounds for a return.
Special Orders, for example bespoke sofas, cannot be cancelled. Special Orders constitutes any item that we have specifically ordered from one of our suppliers to fulfil your order. You should contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel an order, failing to do so will forfeit your deposit. Prior to ordering large items of furniture, please ensure you have checked all measurements to be sure that your order will fit into the space and that you have suitable and safe access for entry to your property. Failure to do so is not reasonable grounds to cancel/return your order.
Online Purchases
We hope you love your order just as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you have a change of heart. If you decide you would like to return your item, please contact us by email at info@woodshedfurniture.co.uk within seven days of receipt.
All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.
The above returns policy does not apply to items that have been made to the customers specification. These items are non-returnable.
Prior to ordering large items of furniture, please ensure you have checked all measurements to be sure that your order will fit into the space and that you have suitable and safe access for entry to your property. Failure to do so is not reasonable grounds to cancel/return your order.
It is your responsibility to return unwanted items back to us. Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. Once we have received your item/s, we will then refund you the price you paid minus the delivery fee. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please give up to 14 days, to receive the refund.

If you believe the item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We ask that you contact us via email: info@woodshedfurniture.co.uk with the following information:
Full name and address
Invoice/Order number
Date of delivery
Photographic evidence of fault
Where possible we will arrange for the fault to be replaced or repaired. If the fault cannot be replaced or repaired, the item can be sent back to us for a refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
